About Dr. Meadows
Lionel Meadows, M.D., Medical Director of Meadows Surgical Arts. A talented and experienced professional, Dr. Meadows is board certified in both Cosmetic Surgery and OB/GYN. After attending Emory University for his undergrad, Dr. Meadows earned a Doctor of Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Tennessee.
Board certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Meadows practiced for more than a decade in Northeast, GA. After being invited to a Fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery (FAACS), he received further training with well-known plastic surgeons from around the world. His training with world-renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Jim English, allowed him to build on his body and facial expertise and technique.
Now, with a state-of-the-art, AAAHC certified surgical facility, Dr. Meadows offers an extensive list of cosmetic procedures, gynecological care, and medical spa services in Commerce, GA.
According to the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery online member directory, Dr. Meadows is one of only a few Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeons in the state. He employs cutting-edge technology along side world-class expertise, handling over 1,000 cases per year with dedication to serve his patients. Dr. Meadows is a national speaker, as well as a trainer for SmartLipo laser-assisted liposuction and many other procedures, instructing physicians from across the nation in these innovative procedures.
Dr. Meadows, a premier Northeast Georgia OB/GYN and Cosmetic Surgeon for over 10 years, specializes in minimally invasive procedures, modern women’s care, and cosmetic surgery. He is known throughout the region, not only for his remarkable surgical outcomes, but also for his excellent patient care. His holistic focus has always been to achieve beautiful, natural appearing results with amazing customer service.
Dr. Meadow and his wife, Kathryn Meadows, RN, BSN, also know the importance of community, which is why they began the Surgical Hope Foundation, a non-profit organization to aid those in need of medical assistance.
