"I came to Dr. Meadows with lower abdominal pain. He performed a hysterectomy, and I feel wonderful. It has truly changed my life. I have also dealt with painful and bothersome leg veins. I did not know that there was a solution and that I could afford it because EVLT (vein surgery) is covered by my insurance. Thank you Dr. Meadows for taking exceptional care of me. "

"I just wanted to thank you all at Commerce for the great service and the kindness extended to me by all staff. I have lost 25 pounds, but more I am making a life style change. I move more, I drink water for the first time in my life. I have learned how to not eat certain things. I have learned so much since I have started coming to your location. I am 50 years old and I am feeling better about myself more and more each day. I have about 20 lbs to go and I pray that in the end a new ME will be reborn. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart."

"I am a 33 year old mother of three. I had the fortune to breast feed for nearly seven years of my life. I've always been pretty thin, muscular, and athletic. I was left with sagging breasts and hardly any breast volume. I was very self conscious and never wanted to wear fitted clothes. I didn't want to wear anything that revealed skin up top due to being embarrassed by the way I didn't fill out my clothes. My teen years were fairly traumatic to me. Unfortunately, I was a member of the "itty bitty titty committee!" Push up bras did no justice to what I naturally desired. I was not comfortable undressed and felt I looked unnatural no matter where I shopped for bras. My whole life, I was a gymnast and model. I was threatened by women with larger breasts, and in this world, society doesnt accept smaller breasted women. Having no breasts is flattering no matter how old or how skinny you are. I always wanted more up top but was scared of the surgery. After years of consideration, I started to research plastic surgeons all around. Not only did I research GA, TN and CA physicians, but I also considered going out of the country to consult with surgeons who specialized in breast augmentation. When I searched for my physician, I was extremely picky and very selective. I wanted a Doctor who would listen to me and answer all my silly questions. I consulted with Dr. Meadows after hearing about him from a friend and researching him online. From the moment I walked into his office, I knew he was the one. I've been to several physicians over my life and have been left naked in a white paper gown with tile floor and white walls...talk about anxiety! The facility was very nice, comforting, and made me feel more peaceful about my procedure. I knew I was in good hands from the first moment. I talked with him in depth about my augmentation and knew he was the one who would change my life forever. Dr Meadows and his staff impressed me greatly by their professionalism, compassion, and devotion to their patients. He was very concerned about my satisfaction and reassured me every step of this process. I was concerned about the post operative pain as well as the surgery itself. I was very apprehensive about scars, the size, and what to expect after surgery. Dr Meadows thoroughly examined me and recommended the type of implants and size perfect for my body. I could not afford to be out of work for a long period of time. The surgery was vertually painless and nothing like I had expected. I am going on three weeks post op from my surgery and could not be more astonished. I went back to work four days later and have had no problems. I took pain medicine faithfully my first few days and discontinued taking them after that. I was able to wash my hair, cook, fold laundry, and care for my toddler without difficulty (which was my biggest concern!) My incisions were through my areola and are healing wonderfully. I was nervous about my scars and how they would heal, but am nothing but pleased with my results. I imagine, in just a short time, the incision sites will not be visible at all. I am the most confident I've ever been in my life. I have not healed yet, but I already feel completely changed. I'm a conservative mother, one being a teenage daughter, so I don't wear revealing clothes, just clothing that adorns my figure now! He restored my confidence and my life by making this surgery as incredible as it could be. I'm happy and very proud I did this. Dr Meadows reassured me both in and out of the operating room. I had total confidence in his skills to make my surgery none other than perfect. At any time I had questions, I was able to call his office and speak directly to him. He always made himself available to me every time for any question that came up, even if it was just a reassurance. Dr Meadows' expertise was such a blessing to me because I am a perfectionist. He was accurate with everything from size to incision site. I am thankful for Dr Meadows and that I trusted him. His gifted hands and detail astounded me with my surgery. I knew I was safely in his care. Dr Meadows, you are beyond wonderful. There are no words to describe what this surgery and you have done for me and my self esteem. I recommend Dr Meadows because of his genuine way he deals with his patients and exceptional services individually. Thank you for making me feel important. Now, I look naturally beautiful!! This lifted my spirits beyond measure! Thank you so much. You are a rare kind and I'm grateful I trusted you with my care!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Meadows for quite some time and with every visit I feel as though I am the only patient that matters. Dr. Meadows and his staff take time with patients, making us feel unique and important. Three weeks into my recovery I developed a slight infection, which was totally my fault. However, Dr. Meadows and his team took exceptional care of me and now I am loving my results. I recommend Dr. Meadows to anyone and everyone!"

"I have dealt with varicose veins since my late twenties. I received treatment from a dermatologist, a national chain of vein clinics, and a vascular surgeon. After less than desirable results from a laser treatment from the vascular surgeon I simply thought I would have to accept that my legs looked like a relief map. On the very rare occasions that I would wear shorts (only inside the house of course) my young son would trace the bubbly, raised veins on my legs with his finger as if he was driving an imaginary car down a rugged, off terrain path. My son would actually say, “Mommy, you need to get that fixed”. I had not worn shorts or a skirt in years. In the summer, I would get into and out of the neighborhood pool as quickly as humanly possible. My legs were a source of embarrassment. I certainly did not feel as though my husband had any desire to look at those blue bubbly veins that ran down my legs. My legs were swollen, tired, and heavy from the veins. I almost constantly felt a burning sensation in my legs accompanied by the feeling of a constant muscle cramp. I finally mentioned my frustration to my brother who happens to be an orthopedic surgeon. He encouraged me to call Dr. Lionel Meadows of Meadows Surgical Arts. My brother told me that if I would just go to one office visit I would be glad I invested the time. I was hesitant to make the hour drive from my Gwinnett home. All I can say is thank goodness I listened to my brother. Every aspect of my experience with Dr. Meadows and his staff was profoundly positive and relaxing. They listened carefully to my concerns and what I hoped to achieve. Dr. Meadows performed Endovenous Laser Ablation on both of my legs. My recovery was amazingly easy and I experienced minimal discomfort. Dr. Meadows and his staff provided the best, compassionate follow up care. Throughout my entire experience I knew I was in the very best of hands. At each visit I felt appreciated and welcomed. I really did not remember what it was like to not feel the constant burning sensation and pain in legs. My legs feel great now. Every bubbly vein is gone. My legs no longer feel heavy and tired. My legs actually shrank in size as a result of the procedure. I am looking very forward to wearing shorts and skirts for the first time in almost a decade. I wish I had received treatment from Dr. Meadows years ago."

"I had a hysterectomy December 2011. Since then I have felt better than I have in years. I had fibroid cysts and a large tumor. Dr. Meadows removed this and my recovery has been great. I had to be cut to remove the tumor and he did a terrific job of making sure that my scar did not look bad. He and his staff did an excellent job of caring for me. They are very attentive and caring. I have no regrets at all and would not hesitate to use this office for other procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Meadows and his staff. "

"I came in and had my lip implant done, and I just had to send this quick note. Your practice is called "Surgical Arts," and I now understand why. The work you did on my lip is, well, like art. I lived for seven years with a facial imperfection and went through three other plastic surgeons (none of whom I would recommend) and then I found you. My lip actually looks even better than before removal due to cancer. I hope this note finds you doing well. I just wanted to thank you for giving me my confidence/life back. "
