We're always striving to ensure the best possible patient experience for you! And when patients make appointments but don't keep them, we're not available to treat those patients who would like to be seen more quickly (hello, waiting list!). We're fixing that!
To help make sure that our appointment schedule reflects our true availability (and to see you more quickly!), we have instituted a cancellation/no show policy for appointments.
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due emergencies or obligations for work or family. We are asking that all of our patients who find they must miss their appointment to call our office 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel and reschedule for another time. If patients do not cancel within that 24 hour time frame, a "no show fee" will be placed on their account:
If patients would like to reschedule after a fee has been placed on their account, we ask that their account be paid in full prior to scheduling.
We are confident that our patients will do everything possible to keep their appointments, or reschedule them in a timely manner so that we can treat you at the best possible time for you.
*Injection Fee Policy: If a filler patient does not use a full syringe of a filler at the time of their appointment, and does not come back within two weeks to receive the rest of that syringe, there will be a $75 Injection Fee placed on their account for that visit.
