Product Details

Advances in laser technology have decreed that we don't have to accept the harbingers of age before we're ready for them. Peel back those signs of aging: the first step in turning back the clock is essentially a reboot of the skin using CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing. This is a cosmetic treatment that works by applying a series of tiny pulses of laser energy to the skin, creating microscopic holes in the skin. As these holes heal, collagen is created and new, younger-looking skin is revealed. Dr. Meadows has taken this treatment to the next level by adding another component, using what is currently one of the most popular laser resurfacing treatments: the Erbium Peel. This laser treatment is designed to remove the top layer of the skin (the epidermis).
The result of combining the two laser treatments is greater improvement in the appearance of fine lines, a greater reduction in brown spots or freckles, and smoothing or elimination of scars. The surface of the skin appears much smoother and younger-looking than with either treatment alone.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please ensure you follow the instructions below prior to your appointment, or we may need to reschedule your treatment:

  • No sun exposure at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment;
  • Discontinue any Tretinoin/Retin-A products at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment; and
  • Allow for approximately 4 - 7 days of downtime. You would not want to schedule this treatment right before a big event -- please schedule well before any events in order to give your skin time to heal and glow!
