Shipping of physical products may be via the carrier of our choice.  Shipping is free for orders over $75.

Our return policy is as follows:

• All sales on skin care products and cosmetic products are final.

• All sales on both surgical and non-surgical procedures are considered final once the procedure has commenced.

• Shop online with confidence! The performance of any treatment or procedure provided by Meadows Surgical Arts is at the sole discretion of our medical staff.  If you are not an appropriate candidate for a procedure you have purchased, the purchase amount may be applied to another procedure, treatment, or product that is available in our online store or in our office or may be refunded.

• Any refunds will be made by check only. There may be a restocking fee of 20% applied.
