The holidays are upon us! We know how busy these next few weeks will be for you as you celebrate the holidays with family and friends. Dinners, parties, kids’ recitals and plays, and those annual family photos… so much happening, and you will want to be camera-ready every day. This is a great time to soften your lines — those living lines that are a part of life, but perhaps not your favorite part. We can help! Let us help you smooth and soften those lines and look like yourself again.
How can I smooth out the lines around my eyes and brow/forehead?
BOTOX is a doctor-administered injection that is inserted into your muscles to temporarily smooth the lines around the sides of your eyes (“crow’s feet”) and between your brows (“frown lines”). It targets one of the underlying causes of those lines — muscle contractions from squinting and frowning. BOTOX temporarily reduces this muscle activity, so you’ll begin to notice a visible smoothing of these lines. You’ll still be expressive, and you’ll look like yourself… just a smoother version.
How long does the treatment take?
BOTOX treatment takes approximately 10 minutes, and requires no downtime or recovery (it’s often called a “lunchtime procedure”), so you can get in, get out, and get on with your day.
What about all the other lines on my face — how can I smooth those out?
Sunning, sipping, smooching, and smiling. Chewing, chatting, chuckling, and cheering. Living lines are a part of aging. When all your living starts lining up, it’s time to think about filling those lines in. Fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, and Volbella are designed to restore the natural fullness of your skin, smoothing out those lines that may have started to form around your cheeks, mouth and lips. Treatment with fillers takes a little longer, around 15-60 minutes, depending on the number of areas being treated.
